As a Georgian spice or souse? Try one of the Russian stores. They have it for sure!

The recipe I have calls for pomegranate juice with, optional, Khmeli suneli or coriander seeds instead of tkemali. I'll be honest, had to google tkemali

Oh my God!!! I don’t care where you live- I’m on my way!!! I will rob my local Edmonton Russian store and will bring you all the tkemali they have and all these just for a small piece of sulguni.... If there will be hachapuri- you can have my entire soul!
PS. My close friends in Calgary are the official distributors of Georgian wines. I can hook you up directly if you want.

Lol yeah I can see how it can be confusing. Those are the names of Georgian food/dishes, Georgian as of from the Republic of Georgia, the former Soviet block republic in a Caucuses region. The food there is delicious!

Found what I needed at Superstore.
Only Green Tkemali at the Russian Store I checked.
I wanted Red , so I found a Spicy Plum and Pomegranate sauce that will work better for my vision.

Tkemali has definitely usurped Cranberry Sauce with all future Turkey Dinners in our house

You are so lucky that there are 300km between you and me. Otherwise I would’ve been banging on your door asking for a small piece!
