I know up in our area around porcupine plain when the power goes out usally for half a day or more always a joy during winter

I was in Moose Jaw today and could not find one single place to buy a gallon of fuel or even get any cash. Couldn't find a single restaurant open either. I'm amazed there aren't places with a generator or a backup power supply of some kind. Crazy! A huge area has been affected but they are starting to get things back online now.
