Default how to get me and my brother into hunting

I am 20 and my brother is 18 and we would love to get into hunting but know squat. Are there any organizations that take novice hunters out and give them a feel for it while teaching them the important stuff? we have been through hunters safety as well as gun safety .but have not sent the forms for pal off.
any advice?

-Get your PAL
-read the hunting regs until you understand them, ask if you don't.
-there is a "hunting partners wanted" section, post your intentions and someone will reply.

And you should have your PALs and know the regulations in time for the 2018 draws.

Check out Laforce Outdoors on Facebook. They focus on teaching/equipping you how to hunt.

read an memorise the hunting regs
then go out jump in and get yer feet wet like some would say
trial and error is a great teacher
don't be afraid to ask questions, there is no such thing as stupid question, but there are stupid answers
along the way on your hunting journey you will meet good bad and indifferent partners, learn from them all
remember not all creatures need to be shot with a gun or bow
they do make cameras
respect the animals you hunt and harvest and nature because the moment you don't it will be your down fall
never under estimate your quarry, if you do they will make a fool out of you
and just enjoy the great outdoors
I would say good luck but I don't believe in luck I believe its skill
happy trails

Good advice so far, there is a sticky at the top of the hunting section for people looking for a hunting partner. You might be able to find somebody to mentor you guys on that particular thread.

YouTube Steven Rinella - How to field dress a deer. ^^^^ above link should work or search it.

Start an old fashioned hunting journal - pen and paper, write down things you learn

Hunt the wind, get a rangefinder, know what is behind your target.

If you haven't already start with small game. Learn how to field dress have a plan ahead of time to take care of the meat. I highly recommend buying Steve Rinellas book complete guide to hunting butchering and cooking big game, the small game book is good as well. These books cover everything from hunting techniques to cooking and everything in between.
