Some are some are not. 7mm is always dialed in but I will put some rounds down range anyways. Almost have the load development for my .338win complete and now to start on the new model 7 cdl .308 that arrived last night

My hunting firearms are ready, and I have plenty of ammunition loaded. I will do a bit of shooting closer to my hunts, under hunting conditions, but to be honest, I hope to have partner licences for one or two of my draws, so the priority is to get the designated partners prepared, and get them shooting under field conditions.

My firearms are the least of my worries when getting ready for hunting season or a particular hunt because they are always ready to go.

I've got most of my rifles ready, and I've also got a couple that I'm trying to get ready, and then there's the ones that probably will never be ready, because they aren't hunting rifles.

What's the point of this thread, anyways?

Just about. Got my 270wsm sighted in, but just put on a limbsaver butt pad and the titanium bolt. (T3, not a T3x). But gonna be heading out to the range as much as possible. For the next while. Well as much as I can afford, since I don't reload yet. But really like this caliber, and wow, it's an accurate rifle. More accurate than I am.

Default range ready!

One of my few forms of "R&R" is a trip to the rifle range. Always have a full line-up of shooters ready to go. My biggest problem always seems to be finding time in the work-schedule to get away for any length of time.

We hear your pain!! When we are too busy through the week, I get my fix by practicing dry firing at the TV just to get some trigger time- you can choose whatever show you want! Be creative...lol.
