Default One less goat area ??

Just doing my draws and I noticed goat area Q is closed, this year. Anybody have any idea why? Was my first choice, in the past.

I'm guessing numbers are too low....

If a female goat is harvested they shut the area down for the next season because they are susceptible to over harvest.
