Default Important change not listed

I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed a change in the use of Supplemental WT tags, but from what I read WMU 328 has been eliminated from the list, and there is no longer a distinction between the 1st and 2nd tags in other zones. I'm going to call F & W tomorrow to see if this important change is just an oversight, or a just typo eliminating 328. Anyone planning on using the supplemental tags in other zones better check for changes.

I am sure it will be in the regs that come out. This info doesn't pertain to the draws so I don't think it was included. If I am wrong and it is an oversite thanks for the update.

In the draw booklet there is a partial, condenced section of tags and season info.
And it looks like elninio 54 is right. (top of page 51) Could be a mistake though.

I noticed that there was no distiction for zones from first and second supp. tags in the draw book either. I just decided to wait until the full regs come out to see what they say. not too much longer.

My guess is that it was NOT an oversight and that there will not be a distinction between the tags this year. It was specified in last years (2008)draw booklet, see below:

This licence will be issued with 2 tags. The 1st tag is valid in the following WMUs: 150, 151, 162, 163, 200-208, 214, 216, 220-246, 250-260, 310, 312,
314, 322-357, 360, 436-446, 500-511, 514, 520, 521, 523-525, 527, 528 and 534-544. The 2nd tag will only be valid in WMUs 150, 151, 162, 163, 234,
236, 256, 258, 260, 334-357, 360, 437-446, 500, 502-511, 521, 523, 541, 542, 544.

However, in the 2009 draw booklet it does not differentiate between the two, see below:

This licence will be issued with 2 tags and is valid only in WMUs 150, 151, 162, 163, 200-208, 214-246, 250-260, 310-314, 322-326, 330-357, 360,
436-446, 500-514, 516-531, 534-544.

I just got off the phone with F & W and the only oversight, was that is was not listed in the important changes. The 2 tags can be used in any of the zones listed. WMU 328 has been removed from the list.
