Trans Canada Layoffs

I see on the TMX website Trans Canada Pipeline are commencing layoffs. Right after they announced the expansion to Mexico. This follows the June and Sept. layoffs.

Also earlier in the week Enbridge did 500 pink slips.

Looks like Upstream, Midstream and Downstream personnel are all under fire.
