Hey guys, if i am planning on a gen bull elk tag, but i want to increase my cow elk priority can i still put in 999 for my cow elk and by my gen antlered elk tag?

As others have said, yes, this is fine.
Page 12 of the 2015 Alberta Hunting Draws Booklet outlines the draws, restrictions, and maximum allowed per species etc. I found that very useful in making decisions (for example, you can only apply for one of antlered or antlerless elk).
