Look at the pricelist on any taxidermist webpage and you'll find out the price. Varies alot, so does the quality. You get what you pay for, with cougars especially I would say.

There are many taxidermist on this forum that do great work, but if I can ever talk my wife into letting me get a cougar mount done there is one in particular that would get my phone call. Marco at Sugar Creek in Red Deer cats to me are some of the best you will ever see...

Jim..

Default cats

X2 on Marco and Sugar Creek. Did a fantastic job on mine.
Cats take a special hand to bring the facial features to life and really show off their individual character. Marco is one of (maybe "THE")best in north america! You get what you pay for.
I never realized how much better a top-quality taxidermist can make the difference, until I compared the finished jobs and really picked them apart. Shop around, but you wont find better than Marco on cats.
