Looking for good Butcher

I am looking for a good sauage maker in the central alberta area. I used to use mad butcher but they burn down. Have been hearing some bad stories about some of the shops any recommendations?

Not central but the Longview jersey shop is gr8, I got hunter sausage ,maple breakfast and spicy Italian and all are terrific. They guarantee no batching of meat and you get back what you took in.

Big Bend Market, North Store Red Deer. I use to go to the Mad Butcher as well. I have total confidence in Big Bend.

I can't remember the name but the butcher right in Ponoka last did my deer last year and it was fantastic. So much so that my wife has requested I take this years to them.
