Default Grazing Lease in WMU 400

From what I understand the area south of the corrals on the way into 400 from the Beaver Mines side is a grazing lease/community pasture. The cows are out now, is there someone you have to contact for access to get in there now or is it available ot the public access just like the rest of the forestry?

You can hunt and access this area all year round. It is a forestry coop grazing lease, which is different than a private party leasing crown land.

Just follow the castle special places trail routes, and giver.

I havent noticed any signs in the past regarding atv use, not many trails from what I can see, would be used for game retrieval(of course best scenario)

Have at it, last Saturday we rode all the way over to the lake and back. Nice big black bear tracks in there as well as a smaller cougar. Cut some deer sign and several small bull moose and a hugh cow moose. Rode back in Monday to check a couple other spots in there and somebody had used a quad to get their animal out sometime Sunday, only saw 1 small forkhorn muley. There are whitetail on the hill to the north and they're rutting pretty hard right now.
