anyone know about Optisan riflescopes? I believe they are made in japan. someone mentioned that I should check them out. it seems hard to find much info on them.
Made in China. Decent quality overall in my experience, but definitely not high end. Had one on a 7mmRM for a year or so with good success. It held zero and had acceptable clarity. It sits on my buddies wife's .243 now and works well enough.
I bought mine from ATR when he had them a few years ago. Price was right for me at the time and it worked well for hunting applications.
