Default Boat and sportsman show

Hats off to Northern Lights Fly Fishers booth at the boat and sportsman show in Edmonton today. They spent time with all the kids (my son included) tying flies and also took the time to chat with me as I'm interested in the sport. Great service and a good bunch of guys at the booth.

The Northern Lights are a great bunch and a great club. Also give kudos to Superfly International for supplying them with the free tying materials (they rarely get mentioned).

Doc thank you for the heads up on SuperFly if it wasn't for them we wouldn't be able to pull this off each year. Thanks to them big time.

We enjoy doing this as Kids is our future.

We enjoy this and our next outing will be Kids Can Fish out in Fort Saskatchewan June 13/15.

We also Have 2 beginner Fly Fishing programs coming up on Either Apr 25 or
May 23.(see our website) $60. for the day. and we supply a meal. If interested contact me by PM.
Also recommend having your own equipment(rod, reel, line) We have spares but very limited.

We also have several interesting quests coming out Dave Park from Fisheries March 28. Then we have Michael Sullivan a Fisheries Biologist Apr 15 talking about the Health of the Grayling population in the province.(likely one of the best speakers I have ever listened to.)
And if your really interested we have a couple of the club members talking on the new rage in fly fishing Tenkara on Apr 8th. Very Interesting.

Come out and see what we are about We are Fly Fishers first fly tyers second.
See our web sight at nlft.org

Again thank for the Kodo's for both SuperFly & NLFT.

Tight Lines Always
