We are having two kinds of perogies (cottage cheese, and cottage cheese/potato/dill), sour cabbage rolls, nalysnyky and whipping cream, ham sausage, and creamy mushroom dill sauce. Brings back memories of a wonderful Baba.

Nalysnyky are Ukraine’s version of a crepe with farmer’s cheese filling. Often they are baked in whipping cream. Delicious little things. Quick to eat, but like many good things, time consuming to make. I love em.

I too, would look forward to pics and a report on how the OP’s meal turns out. Sounds really fabulous.
