Default The difference between a world record and being 4th is SMALL! Think Olympic timing but in measurements!

The difference between a world record and being 4th is SMALL! Think Olympic timing but in measurements!

Did you know?

That between Alex's new world record Muskox and Vanessa's Muskox that is tied for 4th place, both shot at Aylmer Lake Lodge. There is only 1.75 inches total difference that is measured over 10 different specific measurement sites.

That is only 0.175 inch per measurement in difference.

I'm thinking it was a sarcastic comment, though I could be wrong. Hard to tell on the world wide web sometimes.

Exactly and a lot of personal scorer discretion...when it comes to.measuring sheep ,antelope ,muskox ..anything with a bunch of circumference measurements a slight variance in determining where to measure total beam length can make a whole pile of difference on end score.. just get a couple guys to score the same head and see what the outcome is ,will likely be close but not always exact.Regardlessit is a great trophy.... congrats Vanessa
