Still, if what you say is true, why did no one intervene? Why were the kids not removed immediately?

I could see why no one intervened or removed the children if the couple were not in full view of the crowd but if what you say is true then it seems to me that there should have been charges laid against the grandmothers. And maybe others.

And, if you saw the video what does that say. Did you stumble upon it on a public beach?
