Default mulie or whitey

brother got these couple pics from the bosses farm and not sure if its a mulie or a whitey. No pics of the ass end. any thoughts would be great. hopefully get a few more pics to confirm

i thought so but my brother and dad seem to be a lil confused. Ive never seen a mulie that color but guess that deer as some messed up genetics

Another way to tell is mule deer have a black chest/brisket.

Lefty,I still think this is a older deer, look at the grayer face and back of ears. His ribs are showing and his backbone is sticking up. Bigger upper shoulder and brisket on him typical characteristic of older deer, and yes I do agree on the bad genetic thing going on also ,but I still think this deer is 6 plus years old

id like to see a little more of the body to be more sure, but i agree from what we can see.

and anyone who seriously thinks that looks anything like a mule deer needs to go back to hunters ed.
