Default need some ideas

Hey everyone just looking for some ideas for an adventure in our province for upcoming hunting season. Last spring i bought a small river boat and would realy like to do a big float on some river. Thats really my only idea so far anything you guys have ever wanted to try that might make for a really amazing adventure?

I can't remember who the original poster was BBO, but there were a couple of AO members that did a 10 day (?) canoe moose hunt this past season and posted a thread on it. Seemed like it was a blast. Hopefully someone remembers the thread better than I and can dig it up or ya. Good luck!

Used to do that on the Upper Fraser in BC. Yes its a blast and can get into some very remote areas. Good luck on your adventure.

I think Jay is refering to the Clearwater river by Ft. Mcmurry.

I think it was "Cal" who posted about the 10 day canoe trip.
It was a great read and a good trip by the sounds of it.

I feel the same way.I hav'nt been drawn since 2005 for anything, all i've hunted is whitetail the last 4 years and I need a change.I got to go for bear up north this spring,i'm thinking or something different.I hunted 22 days last year for whitetail and i'm still hunted out.First time its ever happened?? Maybe i'm just getting old and crusty?? i dont know
