Default Smoked Cheese
Thinking on what to do on a cool rainy day? Smoke some cheese! We love our cheese! Just getting started!

I've smoked lots of different things in my life but never cheese. Is it hard to keep lit?

Nope not at all! Do it in the Bar-B-Q . And check on it once in awhile!

You have to do it on a cool day! On a Bar-b-Q again when it is cool! takes about 3 hours!
