This is just a certificate error, likely the owner forgot to renew. Click "Advanced" then "Proceed to site" and you'll get through just fine.

No, not just fine at all.

That gets me to the site...
then when I click to go to a new page on HBC the error pops up again.
Rinse and repeat over and over...

And I can't post anything at all....

I just signed in and posted without issue, sounds like it might be a problem with the settings on your browser. If you have some kind of privacy protections enabled it might be stopping you to prevent accidental information disclosure.
